Our collaboration study with Dr. Adam Glaser (University of Washington/Allen Institute) and Prof. Jonathan Liu (University of Washington) was published in Nature Methods! The study developed a hybrid low & high-resolution open-top light-sheet microscopy and used it for cleared tissue imaging. See the publication here.
