Having more than 30 participants, the annual “descSPIM Tutorial” was held for two days. Lectures covered; Basics & Updated Tissue clearing processes, optical basic science, and details of Light Sheet microscopy design. In the workshop session, we have built two complete “descSPIM” bread boards from discrite componentes, and could be able to capture the image of sample tissue.
